What we do
A bifold door turns an exterior wall into a wall of glass. When the panels are closed you get floor-to-header light and views. When they're folded open, the kitchen and the patio become one space, which is what most people want for cookouts, game days and everyday living in Texas.
Most homes weren't built with an opening that size, so the door is only part of the job. We cut the opening in the brick and framing, install a new engineered header sized for the span, set and seal the custom door, then finish the brick, sill, drywall and trim so it looks like it came with the house.

Can you add a bifold door to an existing exterior wall?
Yes, in most homes. We remove the existing door and windows, cut the opening, install a new header sized for the span, then set a custom-sized bifold door and finish the brick, drywall and trim.
Do bifold doors work on brick homes?
Yes. Most of our bifold installs are in brick homes. We cut the brick opening clean and finish the sill and returns so the new door looks original.
Is there a regular door to walk through?
Yes. Bifold units can include a walk-through panel that works like a standard door, so you don't have to open the whole system to step outside.
